Jim Murphy has the patience of a saint and the talents of a miracle worker. When my husband and I began our house hunt, we weren't certain that we even wanted to move from our small but beloved home of nearly 17 years. Jim took us tirelessly from property to property, holding our hand and showing us a wide range of options and opportunities. We found a few that piqued our interest before finally finding the right house for us -- almost 18 months later. Then, the race was on to sell the house we currently owned.
